Darlene Farrow leads the Bell Wholesale Customer Service organization and is accountable for the service provisioning and service assurance experience for all of Bell’s wholesale customers. Prior to her current role, Darlene held various leadership positions at Bell over a 17-year period, including wireless and wireline technology development and strategy organizations.

 

Darlene graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1990 with a Bachelors degree in Systems Design Engineering.
